When we first thought about opening a homestay in Hanoi,
the goal wasn't to build something big or commercial.
It was simple — to create a space that felt calm, lived-in, and real.
A place where someone arriving in a new city could actually feel at ease.
That simple idea became MiaCasa.
Meet the Hosts
MiaCasa is built and hosted by Linh and Ngọc, two long-time friends who share a love for thoughtful hospitality and intentional spaces.
Linh
Linh is a professional interior designer who focuses on creating warm, comfortable environments with natural textures, soft lighting, and quiet details. Her philosophy is simple: design spaces where people genuinely want to slow down and stay.
"She chose natural textures because they feel honest. She kept lighting soft because it changes how a room feels at different times of day."
Ngọc
Ngọc works in hospitality and focuses on the guest experience behind the scenes — communication, comfort, flexibility, and the small details that make a stay feel smooth and personal.
"She pays attention to the things most guests don't notice — but would miss if they weren't there."
Together, they built MiaCasa gradually, learning and refining along the way.
Linh shapes the spaces. Ngọc shapes the experience.
MiaCasa was never designed to feel like a hotel. It was designed to feel like a home people remember.

Why We Built Our Own Website
After years of welcoming guests through Airbnb and Booking.com, we wanted to create a simpler way for returning and future guests to book directly with us.
Our website lets guests communicate directly with us, enjoy better value, and plan their stay more personally.
What Stays the Same
Even as MiaCasa grows, the core idea remains unchanged. We believe hospitality should feel human — not scripted, not transactional, not designed only for photographs.
Just spaces hosted with care by people who are genuinely involved.
Always Improving
Every guest experience helps shape the next version of MiaCasa. The spaces evolve, but the goal remains consistent: stays that feel comfortable, honest, and memorable in a quiet, natural way.

We still notice the little things.
We still rearrange furniture until a room feels right. We still ask ourselves how we can make tomorrow's guests feel more at home than yesterday's.
